Kies, the taste of happiness
G'day and Welcome to Kies Family Wines. Watch the video above and immerse yourself in the fun and happy times we revel in here at Kies Family Wines.
Kies Family Wines is the first cellar door you will visit as you drive over the hill at the southern end of the Barossa Valley. The 1880's cottage style cellar door is nestled among vineyards and boasts scenes of the glorious rolling Barossa Ranges. You may even see the famous Monkey Nut Tree on top of the range!
The fruit grown by the Kies family (much of it comes from old vines) is of exceptional consistent quality, the end result being fantastic depth of flavour in the wines, which will tantalise your palate and will leave you wanting more of Kies.
Come and visit us at our beautiful bluestone cellar door and meet the friendly and chilled out family and friendly staff. We will share with you our history, our beautiful wines the stories and laughter.
Peruse Tina's tea shop and check out all the gifts and souvenirs or relax with a tea, coffee, cake or a Barossa platter in the cafe absorbing the wonderful atmosphere and taking in the breathtaking views.
Watch out you may even see a glimpse of the wolf!

Friday 24th May $20.00 per person
Come and join us at the Monkey Nut Cafe to help us raise money for the Cancer Council. A selection of home made cakes and sandwiches, gourmet teas and plunger coffee. There will be raffles and proceeds will go to the Cancer Council.
