Immerse yourself in Barossa Valley winemaking and blend your own special bottle of Premium Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon, to take home as a momento.

Blend your own bottle of wine from our premium Dedication Shiraz and The Suit Cabernet Sauvignon barrels, sample grapes from the vineyard and check sugar levels and create your own science experiment in our winemaking lab.

Included in the experience:
- Have access to winemaker Bronson Kies who will give you a glimpse into how wine is made in the Barossa Valley.

- Blend your own wine, using premium Dedication Shiraz and The Suit Cabernet Sauvignon (bottles retail for $50) and take your special blend home.

- Walk through the state-of-the-art winemaking facility and barrel hall and receive an explanation of where we are up to with vintage 2024.

- Become a wine scientist during vintage 2024. Participate in the testing of sugar levels (Baumès) and create your perfect blend of Barossa Valley Shiraz and Cabernet, before bottling your creation to take home.

- View the vines which are the source of our beautiful single vineyard wines on the Kies Estate.
