DELIVERY UPDATE: Frequently asked questions
Can I still place and receive orders from Kies Family Wines?
Yes. We are still open and operating our website as normal, there is currently no disruption to our services.
We are working around the clock to make sure that orders are despatched in a timely manner.
There are four ways that you can get access to our wines:
1. Visit us: Our Cellar Door is open 7 days a week from 10am to 2pm. Feel free to pop in and pick up some wine or port.
2. Local pick up: Order on our website and select the “Local pick up” option or phone us on (08) 8524 4110 and place an order. Your order will be ready for collection by 10am the next day.
3. Local delivery: We are offering free local delivery within 50km of our cellar door.
4. Ship the wine to your place: We offer $10 flat shipping Australia wide on all orders.
Are shipping times delayed?
Our freight partner Australia Post, is still delivering however there are some delivery delays and service impacts due to Coronavirus. You can read more about this here…
With many people moving to online shopping and working from home, we are seeing an increase in orders being placed on our website which is fantastic. We thank you for your support.
We endeavour to despatch between 24-48 hours of your order being placed. We also add your email and mobile number to the eparcel portal to enable you access to tracking information.
However, we have been made aware that parcel scanning irregularities may be occurring within the Australia Post network, whereby parcels are occasionally not scanned until the day of delivery.
The majority of the parcels we are sending are arriving with only a few days delay, however there have been one or two that have been delayed by 5 or more business days.

Is Kies Family Wines affected by any current shutdowns to businesses?
No. Kies Family Wines is no longer subject to a shutdown and we will continue to operate as per government social distancing guidelines, from 10am-2pm, 7 days per week.
