Marketing & Guest Experience Coordinator
Kies Family Wines and Monkey Nut Café are seeking a highly organised and creative Marketing & Guest Experience Coordinator to support our growing wine, café and events business.
This role works across multiple areas of the business to strengthen guest engagement, improve internal communication and ensure events and marketing initiatives are delivered smoothly.

Marketing & Guest Engagement
Support marketing and customer communication across Kies Family Wines and Monkey Nut Café to strengthen visitation and Wine Club engagement.
Events & Functions Coordination
Support the planning and delivery of events and functions across the winery, café and vineyard spaces.
Operations & Systems Coordination
Ensure smooth communication and alignment between teams, systems and guest bookings.

This is a part-time position of approximately two days per week, with flexibility around how those days are structured depending on business needs.
The role is based at Kies Family Wines and Monkey Nut Café in Lyndoch, Barossa Valley.
You will be part of a sixth-generation Barossa family business, helping create memorable wine, food and event experiences for visitors from around Australia and the world.
Casual position initially, with opportunity to transition to a part-time role after a successful initial period.
