We are back in Gourmet Weekend for 2019

1969 was an iconic year for many reasons; most famously the moon landing and Woodstock festival.

It seems only fitting that this huge year also marked the beginning of wine making for the Kies family, which makes 2019 our 50th Anniversary.

This Gourmet Weekend we are celebrating our 50th anniversary by putting on a ‘Throwback Weekend’ with ‘Dulcie’s’ vintage clothes pop up shop, Kies mulled wine, a very special new release label paying homage to our history, finger lickin’ food from our Monkey Nut Cafe, live music and of course our full range of 21 small batch wines available by the glass and bottle.

Let’s go back to a time when the wine was hand-crafted and free flowing, the food was honest and tasty and the fun times were never ending.

We are throwing it back for two ace days with a celebration of all things Kies and all things 1969 – come and join the fun for this out of sight party!

Quick facts:

Dates: 7-8 September 2019.

Cost: $10.
Barossa Tourism requires that each visitor is to purchase a Gourmet Weekend glass for $10. This glass can be used all day at different wineries.

Times: Saturday and Sunday – 9.30am – 4pm

Reservations: We will not be taking reservations for this weekend but feel free to join us and we will accommodate you.
