Bronson Kies’ first red release, the 2020 Deer Stalker Shiraz is truly something special.
A vibrant purple hue, raspberry lollies on the nose and a rounded chocolatey finish, this limited run Shiraz is likely to go quick.
Especially if the popularity of it’s brother, the Deer Stalker Merlot, is anything to go by.
It is a unique style in the Barossa. It is fermented in stainless steel and produces little tannin which leaves it light and fruity.
Being un-wooded gives this stunning red wine the opportunity to be chilled right down like a white wine, without tightening up and producing a bitter finish.
It is designed to be served at room temperature or cold.
