We had an absolute ball yesterday hosting our Shiraz Sensations afternoon.

Thanks so so so much to all the lovely people who came. You are all so friendly and it was great to see so many people sitting together and chatting at the end. 😍

The four courses were:

1. Sashimi paired with Sparkling Polly Jean Shiraz Rosé

2. Karaage Chicken paired with Deer Stalker Shiraz

3. Pork Gyoza paired with Klauber Block Shiraz

4. Marbled Beef paired with Dedication Shiraz

The food was just delicious and a huge thanks to our incredible chef Reo for showcasing the food of her beautiful home. We absolutely loved it!

Get ready to immerse yourself in true Barossa Valley tradition with our Shiraz Sensations experience.

Shiraz Sensations celebrates the diversity of the Shiraz grape variety, the flagship of our historic region.

Showcasing four different Shiraz wines, from Sparkling Shiraz Rosè to our old vine traditional Barossa Valley Shiraz styles, the Kies family will join you for an hour long Shiraz exploration experience.

Four different Shiraz wines will be paired with Japanese tasting plates, expertly matched to enhance and highlight the nuances of each wine.

Hosted in the Dedication Room at Kies Family Wines, which is nestled among vineyards and boasts scenes of the glorious rolling Barossa Ranges, there is no better way to immerse yourself in Barossa Valley culture and explore our regional hero the Shiraz grape variety.
