VLOG 8: The process of racking the Sparkling Rosé juice
A quick update from Bronson Kies our winemaker, regarding the process of racking the Rosé juice for the Sparkling Rosé that we will release later in 2021.
We are so excited about this wine which will be named after the 2nd grandchild to Michael and Tina Kies (5th generation) and daughter to Jesse Kies (6th generation).
Watch this space for release dates and the name, once it’s decided.
